About Jennifer

I routinely assist my clients with intellectual property and technology law issues. In addition, I counsel clients regarding the acquisition, use, protection, and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights. I also help my clients protect their trade secrets. Another service I provide is advising clients regarding domain names, cybersquatting, data privacy, licensing, use policies, development, and other cyberlaw issues.

My practice involves both working with clients to draft contracts and agreements, and also representing clients in federal and state courts and in front of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
